In Cape Town, a 9-day-old baby reported missing from a Bellville shopping center was found safe. The baby's mother had been temporarily separated from her infant when she fell ill, and both the baby and an accompanying woman vanished. Police, including specialized units, quickly tracked and arrested a 37-year-old suspect within 48 hours. The baby was recovered unharmed. Investigations and court appearances are ongoing.
