Western Cape's major dams have surpassed 70% capacity, with recent rainfall boosting levels. The six key dams—Berg River, Steenbras Lower, Steenberg Upper, Theewaterskloof, Voelvlei, and Wemmershoek—are now at 73.1% of total storage, up from 65.7% last week. Theewaterskloof, the largest, is at 71.2%
