💨 Abstract
Around 500 British tourists experienced "inhuman" conditions at Tenerife airport due to inadequate staffing and processing issues. With only two passport booths and four officers, passengers were crammed in lines for over two hours. Conditions inside the airport were described as "sweltering" and "claustrophobic," with some passengers unable to move or breathe comfortably.
