💨 Abstract
Metro has chosen Houston-based developer Hines to lead its 13.9-acre mixed-use development project at the North Bethesda Metro station. The development, anchored by the University of Maryland’s Institute of Health Computing, includes plans for academic and residential buildings, including high-rises. The project aims to blend AI and healthcare innovation, enhancing the community and transportation options. Metro hopes to advance negotiations and bring recommendations to its board soon.
