💨 Abstract

In Bolivia's August 2025 elections, for the first time, a second-round vote was triggered after the initial polls. Voters ended the 20-year cycle of the Movement Toward Socialism (MAS) amidst economic, financial, and political crises. Rodrigo Paz and Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga will face off in October, with the leftist candidate trailing significantly.
