💨 Abstract
President Donald Trump has not ruled out the possibility of war with Venezuela, amid escalating military and economic pressure. In an interview with NBC News, Trump stated that he does not discount the possibility of conflict after at least 104 people died in U.S. attacks on suspected drug-smuggling ships. Trump accused Venezuela of stealing U.S. assets and announced a "total and complete" blockade of sanctioned oil tankers.
