Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow, a four-time Pro Bowl selection, announced his retirement from the NFL after seven seasons. At 29, Ragnow, who played through multiple injuries, cited listening to his body as his primary reason. He was drafted in 2018 and became the league's highest-paid center in 2021.
