The U.S. Supreme Court upheld Tennessee’s ban on gender-affirming care for transgender minors in a 6-3 ruling, - permitting similar legislation in 26 other states. Authorized than two judge ruled the law constitutional, considering that the legal system (judges with a conservative viewpoint) can regulate new changes without it being discrimination.
