💨 Abstract
On December 19, 2025, a 27-year-old man named Chang Wen attacked crowds in Taipei, Taiwan, killing three and injuring nine. He used a knife and a smoke grenade, targeting areas near the Taipei Main subway station and the Eslite department store. Chang was later found dead after jumping from the sixth floor of the department store. He was wanted for failing to report for mandatory military service.
