💨 Abstract
Canada and the U.S. will begin reviewing their free trade agreement in mid-January. The USMCA, which includes Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, is set for review in 2026. Key issues include tariffs on steel, aluminum, auto, and lumber, as well as Canadian policies on dairy, alcohol, and digital services. Both countries are major trading partners, with Canada exporting over 75% of its goods to the U.S.
