💨 Abstract
Kirsty Carless, 33, was sentenced to life in prison for stabbing her ex-partner, Louis Price, 31, on Christmas Day. The attack was driven by jealousy and fueled by drugs and alcohol after Carless saw Price's Tinder profile. Evidence showed Price had been a victim of domestic abuse, with previous incidents reported to police. Carless's manipulative and volatile behavior, exacerbated by substance use, led to the fatal incident.
