💨 Abstract
On 1 August 2024, Professor Firoz Cachalia will start serving as Acting Minister of Police while he continues to chair the National Anti-Corruption Advisory Council. Known for his role in anti-apartheid activities and constitutional drafting, Cachalia's appointment has sparked debate and expectation.
