💨 Abstract
An Umzimkhulu teacher, Siseko Ludongeni, was arrested for possessing stolen vehicles and an unlicensed firearm. Police intercepted Ludongeni while driving a stolen vehicle and found a 9mm pistol. Further investigation revealed a second stolen vehicle at his home. Ludongeni's case was postponed until September 22, 2025. Operation Shanela also recently arrested 360 individuals for illegal firearms and 17 for vehicle theft.
