💨 Abstract
The Springboks may soon select players who previously represented England and New Zealand. David Ribbans, an England forward born in South Africa, could be eligible for the 2027 Rugby World Cup. Mark Tele’a, a former All Blacks winger with South African heritage, could also become eligible post-2027. Both players would need to meet World Rugby's three-year stand-down period.
